At Sucatec, we offer an extensive range of packing and storage materials to keep your products safe. Whether you need PCB racks for production, ESD boxes and inlays for storage, or specialised bags and packaging for transit, we provide reliable solutions for every stage.

Our ESD packaging is designed to reduce resistance and protect against electrostatic discharge, while our moisture control products, including bags, desiccants, and Humidity Indicator Cards, ensure items stay dry and detect any exposure during storage or transit. Additionally, our IC trays provide secure storage for IC components.

All products are available in standard sizes or can be custom-produced to meet specific requirements and labelling needs.

Moisture barrier bags

Our range of moisture barrier bags offers protection against the elements, ensuring your products remain dry and moisture-free. Our standard range comes in various thicknesses with open top or zip lock options. Custom sizes and printing are available. Our items conform to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033, MIL-PRF-81705 Type 1, EIA 625, EIA 583, EIA 541, and EIA 625 EOS/ESD standards.
Static shield bags

Our metal-in static shield bags offer protection against electrostatic discharge during shipping and storage. Available in various thicknesses with open top or zip lock options, these semi-transparent bags allow for easy content identification. Custom sizes and printing are available. Our items conform to MIL-PRF-81705D Type III, EIA 625, EIA 541, and ANSI/ESD S-20.20 standards.
Pink antistatic bags

Pink antistatic bags prevent the buildup of electrostatic fields in EPA areas when storing non-ESD products. Made from LDPE and LLDPE materials, these bags effectively prevent electrostatic charge accumulation. They are available as open top bags, zip lock bags, gusset bags, pallet covers, and box covers, with custom sizing and printing available upon request.
Anti-static conductive grid bags

Anti-static conductive grid bags are designed to protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge. Made from LDPE plastic with a grid pattern that acts as a Faraday cage, these bags ensure the contents are shielded from ESD. The bags are transparent, allowing for easy identification of the contents.
Anti-static Boxes

We offer a full range of boxes, trays, and containers in PP Antistatic. These ESD conductive storage products are ideal for storing and transporting your goods within EPA areas. Available in common standard sizes as well as custom sizes with custom logos, our range includes component boxes, diode storage boxes, interlocking ‘Kan ban’ boxes, trays, and bins.
PCB and SMT reel trays

Manufactured from conductive plastic PP material, these trays offer flexible solutions for storing and transporting your PCBs and reels within your EPA area. Our standard range covers various sizes and holding volumes to meet every requirement. Custom manufacturing and logos are available.
Corrugated fibreboard boxes

Our ESD black corrugated cardboard boxes and bins come in various sizes and styles, including collapsible boxes and reinforced waste bins with lids. These products are ideal for storage and waste management in EPA areas.
Desiccant

Clariant Desi Paks are made from Bentonite clay, which effectively absorbs moisture in product packaging to combat its damaging effects, including corrosion, mold, and degradation. These desiccant packets are a simple, dependable, and economical solution for preventing moisture damage in properly enclosed packages or containers. Available in various sizes, they are suitable for use at the component level, in bags, cartons, and boxes, and even for container solutions to eliminate the issue of ‘container rain.’
Humidity Indicator cards (HIC)

Clariant humidity indicator cards provide a visual confirmation of potential moisture exposure for your products during storage and transit. The range includes Cobalt-Dichloride Free Humidity Indicator Cards, Cobalt-Free Humidity Indicator Cards, Desiccator Plugs & Humidity Indicators, and Humitector Humidity Indicator Cards, each with varying indicator levels to suit different needs. These indicators ensure reliable monitoring of moisture levels, helping to protect your products from damage and maintain quality throughout the supply chain.
Impact labels

Impact labels come with varying sensitivities and activate when the drop force exceeds a specific threshold. The visual indicator alerts the receiver that the box has been mishandled. Each label has a unique barcode that assists in insurance claims and quality management. Similarly, tilt indicators detect when a package has been tilted beyond a specified angle, offering protection for liquids and chemicals during transit.
