Polyimide tapes (Standard & ESD)

This High Temperature Polyimide Masking Tape is ideal for use in electronics production, particularly for masking printed circuit boards during wave soldering, solder dip processes, and electrical insulation. It boasts remarkable dimensional stability, excellent electrical and physical properties over a wide range of temperatures, and outstanding heat and solvent resistance. The tape, made from polyimide with a silicon resin adhesive, offers excellent dielectric insulation properties, is non-corrosive, and is both flame and chemical resistant. Available in standard and ESD types, this tape comes in various widths to meet diverse needs. Rolls are available in 108ft (33m) lengths, with 8 different width options.

Thermal release tape

This green polyester film-backed, pressure-sensitive adhesive thermal release tape is a single-sided product designed for high initial adhesion and easy removal with heat application. It features excellent tensile strength and elongation, ensuring durability and flexibility for various applications. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant, guaranteeing that it is free from hazardous substances and safe for use in electronic and electrical applications. The tape can be effortlessly peeled off at any time through heat treatment, making it highly efficient and convenient for numerous tasks.

Semiconductor packaging tape

The Heat Resistant Kapton Tape is a polyimide film tape with a low-adhesion silicone adhesive, offering outstanding antistatic performance and high temperature resistance. This tape features low electrostatic discharge during unwind and removal, excellent anti-static properties, and robust heat resistance. It provides high initial adhesion and superior sealing performance, making it ideal for semiconductor and chip packaging. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant and can be used for high temperature protection in various packaging processes, temporary fixation during high temperature processes, and as a carrier for protecting ultra-thin objects during transfer. The tape is also suitable for surface protection where removal without residue after high temperature exposure is required.

ESD Floor marking tape (ESD & Non ESD)

Our yellow ESD Floor Marking Tape is specifically designed for marking the boundaries of ESD Protected Areas (EPA), complying with EN 61340-5-1 standards. This highly visible, 3” wide, self-adhesive tape features the ESD caution logo and the text “ESD PROTECTED AREA” printed in black, providing a prominent and clear indication of EPA boundaries. The tape adheres well to both synthetic floors, such as PVC tiles, and clean, particle-free concrete floors, remaining intact for several months depending on foot traffic. It is laminated with a clear film to protect the print from wear and tear. The non-antistatic version is intended for use outside the EPA, while the ESD version is safe for use within EPA areas.

Floor marking and Hazard warning tape

These self-adhesive, high-visibility Floor Marking Tape is perfect for delineating the boundaries of ESD Protected Areas and hazardous zones. It adheres exceptionally well to synthetic flooring, such as PVC tiles, and can also be used effectively on concrete floors, withstanding traffic, dust particles, and remaining intact for several months. The 108ft (33m) rolls are made from heavily plasticized film coated with a robust pressure-sensitive adhesive for a strong hold. Ideal for factory and manufacturing settings, this tape ensures hazardous working areas are clearly marked to prevent unauthorized access.

Polyimide Dots

High temperature polyimide masking dots are perfect for protecting gold fingers on printed circuit boards during wave soldering or solder dip processes. These dots are also highly effective for solder wave masking and providing electrical insulation. Their robust high-temperature resistance and reliable adhesion make them an essential tool in ensuring precise and clean soldering results, preventing any unwanted contact or contamination. Ideal for various electronic manufacturing applications, these masking dots help maintain the integrity and performance of circuit boards throughout the soldering process.

ESD Grid tape

This self-adhesive ESD Grid Tape features a static dissipative surface coating and is printed with a grid pattern and the ESD caution logo, making it ideal for general-purpose use within an EPA. The tape is manufactured from silicone-free, low-residue polypropylene and meets EN 61340-5-1/5-2 standards. Supplied in rolls of 131.2ft (40m) with a 3″ cardboard core, it has a total thickness of 49 microns, a tensile strength of 11 lbs (5 kg) per 15 mm in the machine direction, and a maximum temperature resistance of 60°C (140°F). Perfect for sealing primary or intimate packaging, this ESD safe tape is commonly used to mask or secure components and circuit boards within controlled environments.

ESD Packing tape

This conventional self-adhesive PVC tape features an acrylic gum adhesive and is printed in black with the ESD symbol, conforming to EN 61340-5 specifications. Designed specifically for sealing the secondary packaging of electrostatic-sensitive devices, this ESD Packaging Tape provides reliable protection against electrostatic discharge during transit and storage. However, it is important to note that this tape is not intended for use within an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). Its robust adhesive ensures secure sealing, making it an excellent choice for safeguarding sensitive components outside controlled environments.

Silicone Adhesive Heat Proof Double Sided Tape

This polyimide film-backed tape, coated with silicone adhesive on both sides, is designed for exceptional high-temperature resistance. It offers excellent tensile strength and elongation, making it durable and reliable for various applications. The tape can withstand prolonged exposure to heat up to 260°C and short-term exposure up to 300°C. Additionally, it features different adhesion levels on each side and leaves no residue upon removal, ensuring a clean and efficient process.
