KanBan systems

Introducing our Flow Bin system, a two-bin Kanban solution designed to optimize inventory management by storing reserve stock above active stock. When the active stock is depleted, a simple pull of the slider releases the reserve batch, preparing the upper chamber for new stock. Now featuring Flow Bin Live technology, our system utilizes Bluetooth to remotely monitor stock levels, eliminating the need for manual checks. The Flow Bin Kanban System offers several advantages: it reduces stock outs, minimizes stock held, lowers costs, ensures First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation, and provides traceability of parts.

Reel stock indicator systems

Manage your SMT/SMD reel stock levels effortlessly with our SMT/SMD ReelStock Indicator. This RFID-compatible stock indicator displays the status of your SMT/SMD reels, ensuring optimal inventory control. When reels are in stock, the indicator is secured and hidden. Upon reel removal, a red flag pops up to signal the need for reordering. Managers can quickly count the red flags and reorder accordingly. The flag can be set to yellow once the next batch is on order, and reset when reels are back in stock. The system’s RFID compatibility allows for process automation. Key advantages include reduced stock outs and excess inventory, visual stock level indicators, compatibility with multiple reel widths, and quick, easy installation.
Rivet dispensers

For frequently used rivets and small components, our RivetDispenser is the perfect solution. This innovative dispenser allows operators to see exactly which parts are needed, and with a simple turn of the handle, releases small quantities directly into the hand or a container. Key benefits include customizable hopper sizes for higher quantity storage, efficient First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation, and easy inventory management. Store managers can easily monitor stock levels and know when to reorder by using the reorder line marked across the hopper, ensuring that stocks are maintained without running out.
